WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All orders are nonrefundable. Our custom, handmade leather takes many hours to meet our expectations before it is even cut and tooled. Once your order is placed, the process of working the leather to meet your expectations begins! Cut by cut, stamp by stamp, each leather item in our shop is handmade, hand cut, hand stitched, and hand painted per your desires.
Please be sure that you are very clear when describing order expectations. If you are unsure about something, please ask.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, we will always do our best to make it right!
WHAT KIND OF SHIPPING DO YOU DO?
We take pride in our work and make sure that every aspect of your order is taken care of. From time of payment received, allow 7-9 weeks* for your order to be completed and shipped. All orders come with tracking numbers, upon request, to ensure you know where your package is at all times!
If you need your package sooner, select your preferred shipping package at checkout! You can have your package at your doorstep as soon as 6 days (if shipping in the US). For international shipping options, please see the listed choices at checkout!

Then, see the product page for the item you are interested in, and select from the options provided. Have questions? Give us a brief, detailed description of what you have in mind!
